Prior to founding Timberline in 2018, Stan served as Principal and COO at Greenfield Partners, an SEC-registered multi-asset class real estate fund manager. During his 18 years at Greenfield, Stan oversaw portfolio management across nine discretionary equity funds comprising $4.5 billion of invested capital, led the firm’s asset management activities in the US and overseas, and sat on the firm’s Investment and Compliance Committees. Stan has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, management, financing, and disposition of 20 million SF of office, 12 million SF of industrial, 8,400 hotel keys, and over 65,000 acres of land investments. Stan has also served on the boards of real estate operating companies in the US and the UK. Stan received an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a BS from Birmingham-Southern College.

Rob joined Timberline in 2019 and previously held the role of partner and Investment Committee member at Meyer Bergman (MB/Marc), a $6 billion, international investment and development company. Prior to MB, Rob was Managing Director of Somerston Capital, a UK-based family office with over $1.5 billion of assets, including data centers, hotels, and a range of mixed-use properties across the U.S. and Europe. Robert previously co-founded an institutionally-backed development platform which delivered over 2 million SF of retail and mixed-use properties before being sold in 2007. Robert has a BS in finance from the Kenan Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill and a joint Masters in Business Administration and Computer Science from New York University’s Stern School of Business and Courant School of Mathematical Sciences.

Prior to joining Timberline in 2019, Bill founded and led a boutique management consulting practice, Elementary Group, to help founders, owners, key executives, and their organizations develop and execute strategic operating plans, build teams and align culture, and grow leadership capacity. Previously, Bill was Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Prism Capital Partners, an institutionally-backed private real estate investment company. Prior to Prism, Bill held positions as Vice President of Asset Management and fund controller at Greenfield Partners, a $5 billion AUM real estate fund manager focused on hospitality, office, retail, industrial, and land development sectors. Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

Prior to joining Timberline in 2024, Owen was a Vice President at Amherst Holdings, LLC, an asset management company with more than $15 billion AUM, where he was responsible for equity transactions, including joint ventures with the company’s key investors.

Prior to his time at Amherst, Owen spent more than 18 years with several prominent New York law firms, working in all areas of commercial real estate, including joint venture and co-investment partnerships, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, financings on behalf of both borrowers and lenders (including mortgage and mezzanine financing), construction and development projects, and private equity M&A, with significant experience in commercial leasing, litigation and general corporate finance. Owen earned his JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Harvard University.

Andy has over 30 years of large-scale, mixed-use development experience, is a licensed architect, and was a former partner with Roseland Property Company in NJ.  Upon Roseland’s sale to Mack-Cali in 2012, he became the President and COO of Roseland Residential Trust. During his almost 20 years at Roseland, Andy directed the development of Port Imperial, a 200-acre master plan redevelopment on the Hudson River facing New York City.

To date, Andy has developed over 11,000 rental and for-sale multi-family units, in excess of 400,000 SF of retail, multiple hotels, and multi-jurisdictional infrastructure projects totaling over $5 billion in value. Andy received a BA in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley and is an officer of the NJ Redevelopment Authority.
